Antique - Designed on French or German composition ball-jointed bodies. This is an older child's body with little waist definition. Antique designs will also adapt to many Modern Artist dolls such as, Hillary, with little or no alteration.

Modern Artist - This category represents a variety of modern porcelain dolls sculpted by contemporary doll artists. Hillary, Willow, Bailey, type dolls are similar in stature to the Antique children dolls on composition bodies. Zobe, a black child doll, is a little slimmer than Hillary. Sabine and Sweet Sixteen Shay have a teenage body type. Shay is similar to Hillary but with a little rounder body.

Lady/French Fashion - Designed on antique and reproduction lady dolls with a very slim waist on a cloth or leather body with head, shoulder plate, arms and legs of porcelain. These will adapt to lady dolls with all porcelain bodies

Small Dolls - Designed on a 5 pc. all porcelain small child's body. They will adapt to small Alexanders, little Millets and other small plastic dolls of similar stature.

Shirley - Designed on a fairly slender 5 pc. all porcelain Shirley doll.  These patterns will adapt to many modern plastic or vinyl dolls of similar statue.

Babies & Toddlers - Designed on a variety of composition and cloth bodied baby and toddler dolls.   "Newborn" designs will adapt well to dolls such as Sugar Britches.   Measure curved legged babies as though the legs were straight.

Modern Vinyl - This category includes patterns designed for familiar modern vinyl dolls, with body types such as American girl, Barbie, etc.

Country Children - Designed on a broad shouldered modern artist doll like "Martina".  Will adapt, with minor alteration, to other modern artist dolls or antiques.

Modern Children - Designed on a 5 pc. fairly slender all porcelain childlike body with little waist definition.  Will also adapt to many modern vinyl dolls of the 1950's.

Collector Cloth Dolls - Designed for our Easy Sew Designs clothing patterns.  They are proportioned as closely as possible to the porcelain dolls so that the clothing patterns will require little or no adjustment.  The faces can be painted with fabric paints or hand embroidered.  With the exception of the Raggedy doll, these patterns are designed for a commercial wig.

International Cloth Doll Collection - Each design includes pattern for doll and clothing.  The clothing pattern will also fit many modern vinyl dolls with a body structure such as the American Girl.  These patterns are designed with painted faces and yarn wigs.

Specialty - Patterns designed on a group of rare or one-of-a-kind dolls.
